1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of Yariel's Bot v2 and any associated subscription services. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Not financial advice

All signals and information provided are for informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Trading options involves significant risk and you may lose some or all of your capital. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis through Stripe. Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment and renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal.

4. Refund policy

Due to the nature of digital signal services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue preventing alert delivery, contact us and we will work to resolve it or apply a credit.

5. Access and delivery

Alerts are delivered via Telegram to the username provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your account can receive messages from unknown senders and that the username provided is correct. We are not liable for missed alerts due to incorrect usernames or connectivity issues on your end.

6. Limitation of liability

Yariel's Bot v2 and its operator shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of acting on signals provided by this service. You use this service entirely at your own risk. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the most recent billing period.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram or email.

4. Your rights

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your Telegram username and filter preferences are removed from our active database within 7 days.

5. Security

We store subscriber data on a private server with restricted access. Payment data is never stored on our systems — it is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
